The Foreign Student Selection Path is a selection path for candidate students of Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani Yogyakarta who come from abroad.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  1. Graduated from secondary education equivalent to with High School in Indonesia
  2. Has passport
  3. Willing to obey and comply with laws, regulations, and norms that applied in Indonesia
  4. Has a guaranteed source of financing, evidenced by a letter of statement of study fees guarantor while participating in educational program at Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani Yogyakarta.

  1. Graduated from secondary education equivalent to High School in Indonesia
  2. Specifically for Pharmacy, the candidate has to come from equal with Science Program
  3. Letter of Statement of healthy and doesn’t have color-blind
  4. Letter of Statement of free from Hepatitis B (HbsAg)
  5. Has a minimum height 150 cm (for Female Midwifery and Nursing) and 155 cm (for Male Nursing)

REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

  1. Download the registration Form .
  2. Complete the form with supporting documents as follows:
    • Scan of the Letter of Statement of willingness obey and comply with laws, regulations, and norms that applied in Indonesia and the UNJAYA Student Code of Conduct, Form DOWNLOAD HERE
    • Scan of the Letter of Statement of study fees guarantor while participating in educational program at Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani Yogyakarta, Form DOWNLOAD HERE
    • Scan Pasport
    • Scan of Diploma (Certificate) has passed secondary education equivalent to high school in Indonesia
  3. Send all files (Poins 1 and 2) to email pmbunjaya@gmail.com with subject PENDAFTARAN_MA_NAMA. The latest submission on May 31th , 2024.
  4. Computer Based Test Exam on June 3th, 2024.
  5. Announcement of graduation on June 5th, 2024.
  6. If declared accepted, requires to make payment for Financial Registration Submit / send all Hardcopy required documents to the PMB Secretariat on Campus 2 of Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani Yogyakarta no later than July 31th , 2024.
  7. Start Study on September 1th, 2024.
